摘 要:使用CFD软件对叶片式动态错流过滤滤室回收木质素进行数值模拟研究,分别模拟了叶片转速为100~1000 r/min在不同跨膜压差下的流场情况。研究发现对于叶片所受动压力,转速为主要影响因素。当跨膜压差为0.05 MPa时,转速900 r/min叶片所受的动压力为转速100 r/min的100倍。跨膜压差与进出口位置对膜表面剪切力影响较小,转速为剪切力的主要影响因素。CFD software was used to simulate the separation of lignin in leaf dynamic cross-flow filtration chamber,and the flow field conditions under different transmembrane pressure differences were simulated when the leaf speed was 100~1000 r/min.It is found that rotational speed is the main factor affecting the dynamic pressure of blades.When the transmembrane pressure difference is 0.05 MPa,the dynamic pressure on the blade at 900 r/min is 100 times of that at 100 r/min.The transmembrane pressure difference and the position of inlet and outlet have little effect on the shear force on the membrane surface,and the rotation speed is the main factor affecting the shear force.
