摘  要:建立采用高效液相色谱法同时测定清热灵颗粒中甘草苷、连翘苷、黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量。采用Xbridge C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),梯度洗脱,流动相为体积分数0.2%乙腈-冰醋酸溶液,控制流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm、柱温为30℃、进样量为5μL。各组分线性范围分别为ρ(甘草苷)=2.08~41.55μg/mL(r=0.9999),ρ(连翘苷)=5.83~116.70μg/mL(r=0.9996),ρ(黄芩苷)=36.89~737.80μg/mL(r=0.9994),ρ(黄芩素)=2.31~46.20μg/mL(r=0.9995),ρ(汉黄芩素)=2.26~45.15μg/mL(r=0.9992)。5种成分的平均回收率不低于97%,RSD<3%。该方法操作简便、实验技术成熟、重复性好、结果准确,可用于清热灵颗粒中5种成分的含量测定。An HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of liquiritin,forsythin,baicalin,baicalein and wogonin in Qingreling Granule was established.An XBridge C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%glacial acetic acid solution with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.00 mL·min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the sample size was 5μL.There was a good linear relationship within the range of 2.08~41.55μg·mL(r=0.9999)for liquiritin,5.83~116.70μg·mL(r=0.9996)for forsythin,36.89~737.80μg·mL(r=0.9994)for baicalin,2.31~46.20μg·mL(r=0.9995)for baicalein,2.26~45.15μg·mL(r=0.9992)for wogonin.The average recoveries for the five components were all above 97%.RSD<3%.This method is simple to operate,mature experimental technology,good repetition and accurate results,and can be used for the determination of five components in Qingreling Granule.
