摘 要:为了实现对大辐照面、高辐照均匀度太阳光斑的模拟,设计了一种大口径反射式准直太阳模拟器光学系统。根据太阳模拟系统的工作原理,以扩大辐照面、提高辐照均匀度的同时保证较高的辐照度为目标,提出了由复合光源、光学积分器、消串扰光阑、视场光阑和离轴反射准直镜等组成的光学系统总体设计方案,建立了太阳模拟器光学系统的光线传播矩阵模型,分析了入射光角度与子透镜间缝隙对辐照面的影响规律,并据此设计了具有消串扰光阑的光学积分器,消除了大角度杂散光,抑制了准直镜离轴角对辐照均匀度的影响。仿真结果表明:在Φ500 mm的辐照面内,辐照度优于一个太阳常数,达到1 579 W/m2,辐照均匀度优于98.07%,满足了大辐照面、高辐照均匀度太阳模拟器的设计要求。In order to simulate the solar spot with large radiation surface and high irradiation uniformity,an optical system of large aperture reflective collimating solar simulator is designed.According to the working principle of the solar simulation system,aiming at expanding the irradiation surface,improving the irradiation uniformity and ensuring high irradiance,the overall design scheme of the optical system composed of composite light source,optical integrator,crosstalk elimination aperture,field aperture and off-axis reflection collimator is proposed,and the light propagation matrix model of the optical system of the solar simulator is established,The influence of the incident light angle and the gap between the sub lenses on the irradiation surface is analyzed,and an optical integrator with an anti crosstalk aperture is designed to eliminate the large angle stray light and suppress the influence of the off-axis angle of the collimator on the irradiation uniformity.The simulation results show that in theΦ500 mm irradiation surface,the irradiance is better than one solar constant,reaching 1579 W/m2,and the irradiation uniformity is better than 98.07%,which meets the design requirements of large irradiation surface and high irradiation uniformity solar simulator.
