摘 要:振动环境下光学瞄具的成像精度和可靠性会受到严重的影响,为提高光学瞄具的可靠性,修正成像精度,提出了一种硬涂层阻尼减振技术。将硬涂层NiCoCrAlY+YSZ单侧涂敷于镜筒上,涂敷厚度为200 mm,振动工况模拟为光学瞄具固定在直升机舱门处的枪械上。基于有限元分析方法对涂敷硬涂层前后的结构进行模态分析和随机振动分析,对比研究发现,涂敷硬涂层阻尼后光学瞄具的一阶频率由未涂敷前的58.3 Hz提高到92.2 Hz;涂敷硬涂层阻尼后随机振动得到的3σ区间的应力值降低了25.6%;X、Y、Z三个方向的位移响应峰值相较于涂敷前分别降低了74.7%、75.3%、78.7%,达到了减振的目的。The imaging accuracy and reliability of the optical sight under vibration environment will be seriously affected.In order to improve the reliability of the optical sight and correct the imaging precision,a hard-coating damping vibration reduction technology is proposed.The hard coating NiCoCrAlY+YSZ is coated on the lens barrel on one side,the coating thickness is 200 mm,and the vibration condition is simulated as the optical sight fixed on the firearm at the helicopter door.Based on the finite element analysis method,the modal analysis and random vibration analysis of the structure before and after coating the hard coating were carried out.It is found that the first-order frequency of optical sight after hard coating damping is increased from 58.3 Hz to 92.2 Hz.The stress value of 3σinterval obtained by random vibration after coating hard coating damping decreased by 25.6%.The peak displacement response in X,Y and Z directions decreased by 74.7%,75.3%and 78.7%,respectively compared with that before coating,thus achieving the purpose of vibration reduction.
