摘　　要：现代化逻辑的理论形态表现为黑格尔与马克思的国家与市民社会的二分逻辑,而政治经济学则通过对市民社会所代表的现代生活的合理化阐释,构筑了西方式现代化进程的理论表达。借助于古典政治经济学批判,马克思将问题聚焦于资本及其内在逻辑对现代化进程的二重性意义的分析,即作为“生产要素”的资本对物质财富增长的推动作用,与作为“生产关系”的资本对人所特有的存在方式的否定和入侵。马克思围绕资本问题所展开的辩证批判为中国式现代化道路的现实实践提供了重要的理论资源。中国共产党领导下的中国式现代化实践中对资本的限定,抽离了其作为生产关系的属性,而只作为社会主义市场经济中重要的生产要素而存在并发挥作用,达成对西方式现代化的根本性超越,为后发国家指明了一条全新而又可供借鉴的现代化发展道路。The theoretical form of modernization logic is manifested in Hegel and Marx s dichotomy between state society and civil society,and political economics rationalizes modern life constructed by the concept of civil society,and thus constructing a theoretical expression of the process of modernization of Western developed countries.Marx applies his critical review of the classical political economics to the analysis of the duality inherent in the logic of“capital”—the promotion of wealth growth by“capital”as a factor of production,and the denial and invasion of the way people exist by“capital”as a social relationship—in the modernization process.Marx s dialectical critique of“capital”provides theoretical resources for Chinese-style modernization.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has led the people in pioneering a uniquely Chinese path to modernization,demonstrating that modernization need not mean“Westernization”as a result of the CPC having given full play to the role of“capital”as a factor of production in boosting development and prevents“capital”as a social relationship from growing in a disorderly fashion that goes against the objectives of social production.Chinese-style modernization expands the channels for developing countries to achieve modernization.
