摘　　要：ChatGPT的推出引起图书馆业高度关注。文章从图书馆所涉业务角度对ChatGPT进行测试,调研图书馆行业对ChatGPT的应对反馈,分析ChatGPT的功能和问题,从助力业务效率提升和馆员成长、智能咨询系统建设、知识服务深入开展和检索系统体验改善等方面讨论图书馆行业面临的机遇,分析图书馆资源组织、信息素养内容重构、图书馆管理等方面面临的挑战。The launch of ChatGPT,an intelligent chat tool developed by OpenAI,quickly attracted the attention of library community.This paper examines ChatGPT from a library business perspective,exploring the feedback from library industry in response to ChatGPT,and analyzing the chatbot’s functions and problems.It explores the opportunities for the library industry in terms of helping to enhance business efficiency and librarian’s growth,building intelligent consulting systems,deepening knowledge services and improving the search system experience,and analyzes the challenges faced in the organization of library resources,reconstruction of information literacy content,and library management.
