摘 要:针对当前广泛应用的高工作压力、低出口流速的多级注射泵的流量稳定性要求,对并联双注射泵中泵头的流道结构进行三维建模分析,研究不同泵头流道结构参数对流阻的影响,获得高工作压力、低出口流速工况下,注射泵泵头流道结构参数对注射泵流阻的不同灵敏度。仿真结果表明,高工作压力下,对泵头流道流阻影响最大的结构参数为连接腔的直径,其次为柱塞杆腔直径,影响最小的是输出腔直径。Aiming at the flow stability requirements of multistage injection pumps with high working pressure and low outlet flow rate,which are widely used at present,a three-dimensional modeling analysis of the flow channel structure of the pump head in a parallel double injection pump is conducted to study the influence of different pump head flow channel structure parameters on the flow resistance,and different sensitivities of the pump head flow channel structure parameters to the flow resistance of the injection pump are obtained under the working conditions of high working pressure and low outlet flow rate.The simulation results show that the diameter of the connecting chamber has the greatest influence on the flow resistance of the pump head flow channel under high working pressure,followed by the diameter of the plunger rod chamber,and the diameter of the output chamber has the least influence.
