摘　　要：为提高教学管理信息化水平的评价精度,提出一种基于GWO优化ELM的教学管理信息化水平评价模型。从信息资源、战略地位、基础建设、人才资源、从实际出发,从六个角度建立了一套基于多指标的教学管理信息化评估指标系统,在此基础上,构建了以GWO优化ELM为基础的教学管理信息系统的评估模型。与传统的KNN、GA-ELM等模式比较,GWO-ELM能够有效地改善教学管理的信息化程度,为评价教学管理的信息化水平提供一种新的途径。In order to improve the evaluation precision of teaching management information level,GWO-ELM isproposed to solve teaching management information level evaluation model.Based on six aspects of strategic position,infrastructure construction,information resources,application situation,talent resources and modern distance education,multi-index system of teaching management informatization level evaluation index system is constructed,the score data of six evaluation indexes are used as the input vector of ELM,and the level of teaching management information system is used as the output vector of ELM,therefore,the evaluation model of teaching management informatization level based on GWO-ELM model is established.The results show that GWO-ELM can effectively improve the evaluation precision of teaching management information level,and provide a new method for teaching management information level evaluation.
