摘 要:通过单因素试验结合响应面试验,对牡丹籽粕堆肥工艺条件进行优化,研究C/N、芽胞杆菌R及基础功能菌EM菌对堆肥效果的影响,以牡丹籽堆肥的总养分含量为评价指标,确定牡丹籽粕在微生物菌剂作用下的最优堆肥工艺参数。同时参考有机肥料标准,分析最佳复配条件下pH、温度、电导率、纤维素含量等堆肥参数的变化。结果表明,C/N为27、R菌加菌量为2.1%、EM菌加菌量为2.4%时,所得有机肥的肥效最优。响应面回归模型交互作用中R菌和EM菌加菌量对牡丹籽粕堆肥效果影响极显著。最佳复配条件下堆肥理化参数均优于对照(清水)。Single factor test combined with response surface method to optimize the composting process conditions of peony seed meal,and the effects of C/N,Bacillus R and basic functional bacteria EM on the composting effect were studied.The composting process parameters of meal were studied and the changes of composting parameters were analyzed such as pH,temperature,electrical conductivity and cellulose content under the optimal compounding.The results showed that when C/N was 27,R bacteria with 2.1%,and the EM bacteria with 2.1%,the fertilizer efficiency of the obtained organic fertilizer was the best.The composting effect was significantly affected by the amount of bacteria R and EM;the composting process parameters under the optimal compounding conditions were better than the water control group.
