摘　　要：目的 优选参仁安神无糖颗粒的制备工艺。方法 选取加水倍数、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为考察因素,以酸枣仁总皂苷含量和干膏得率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选方中酸枣仁、莲子心和甘草的提取工艺;选取药辅比例、混合辅料比例、乙醇浓度为考察因素,采用正交试验结合多指标综合加权评分法优选成型工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺为6倍量水煎煮2次,每次90 min;最佳成型工艺为药辅比例(稠膏:辅料)1:2,混合辅料比例(木糖醇:糊精)1:1.3,以75%乙醇为润湿剂制得颗粒。结论 该制备工艺简便易行,可为工业化生产提供实验依据。Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Shenren Anshen Sugar Free Granules.Methods Taking content of total saponin and yield of dry extract as evaluation index,the extraction process of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Nelumbinis Plumula and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma was optimized by orthogonal test with the amount of water,decoration frequency and decoration time as evaluation factors.Taking the proportion of drugs and excipients,the proportion of mixed excipients and the concentration of ethanol as the investigation factors,an orthogonal test combined with multi-index comprehensive weighted scoring method was used to optimize the molding process.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:6-fold water was added,the Chinese medical herbs were extracted for two times,90 min for each time.The optimum forming process was as follows:the ratio of drugs to excipients(dry extract:excipients) was 1:2,the ratio of mixed excipients(xyitol:dextrin) was 1:1.3,and 75 %ethnol was used as wetting agent for preparation of granules.Conclusion The preparation technology is simple and controllable,which lays a foundation for the industrial production.
