红花续断膏的皮肤安全性研究

摘　　要：目的观察红花续断膏对动物皮肤的刺激性及致敏性。方法用家兔进行刺激性实验;用大鼠进行皮肤刺激性、过敏性实验。结果红花续断膏对兔皮肤无刺激性,对大鼠皮肤无刺激性。红花续断膏对大鼠稍有致敏作用(致敏率为10%),停药后过敏反应消失,皮肤恢复正常。结论红花续断膏皮肤局部用药有较好的安全性。s:Objective To observe the irritability and hypersensitivity of Honghua Xuduan Ointment on animal skin.Methods The irritation test was carried out in rabbits,and the skin irritation and hypersensitivity tests were carried out in rats.Results Honghua Xuduan Ointment was non-irritative to rabbits and rats.Honghua Xuduan Ointment was slightly allergic to rats(with allergic reaction rate of 10%);after drug withdrawal,the allergic reaction disappeared and the skin returned to normal.Conclusion The safety of topical application of Honghua Xuduan Ointment is good.
