摘 要:目的为加强零售药店执业药师配备使用提供参考。方法通过对部分省现行管理制度进行梳理,针对存在问题提出规范零售药店配备执业药师的建议。结果部分省对新开办药店执业药师配备要求有所弱化,部分省尚未制订细化实施方案,个别省配备使用药学技术人员的范围较为宽泛。结论管理部门可在相关规定中进一步明确执业药师配备要求,将执业药师配备情况纳入年度考核内容,对其他药学技术人员予以明确定义,以利于社会各方理解遵循,利于管理部门执法过程中的监管界定。Objective To provide reference for strengthening of staffing of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies.Methods Through sorting out the current management system in some provinces,suggestions are put forward to standardize the staffing of licensed pharmacists in retail pharmacies according to the existing problems.Results Some provinces have weakened the requirements for the staffing of licensed pharmacists in newly opened drugstores,and some provinces have not yet formulated detailed implementation plans.The scope of staffing of pharmaceutical technicians in some provinces is relatively broad.Conclusion The management department can further clarify the requirements for the staffing of licensed pharmacists in the relevant regulations,incorporate the staffing of licensed pharmacists into the annual assessment,clearly define other pharmaceutical technicians,so as to facilitate the understanding and compliance of the social parties,and facilitate the regulatory definition of the administrative department in the process of law enforcement.
