摘  要:采用壳聚糖(CS)作为分离层材料,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/苯乙烯-马来酸酐(SMA)中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,通过化学交联法构建了中空纤维疏松纳滤(LNF)分离层.重点研究了CS浓度对膜分离层结构、表面性质和染料脱盐性能的影响.结果表明,CS与SMA之间的亲核加成反应成功的在中空纤维膜外表面构建了稳定且致密的LNF分离层;CS分子链上携带的大量羟基(-OH)也显著提高了膜的亲水性.当CS的质量分数为3%时,膜对苋菜红具有较高的截留率(99.8%)以及较高的通量(65.8 L/m^(2)·h).此外,膜还具有优异的染料脱除性能和运行稳定性.In this work,the hollow fiber loose nanofiltration(LNF)separation layer was fabricated by chemical cross-linking using chitosan(CS)as the cross-linker and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)/styrene-maleic anhydride(SMA)hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane as the substrate membrane.The effects of CS concentration on the structure,surface properties of the membrane separation layer and dye desalination performance were investigated with emphasis.The results showed that the nucleophilic addition reaction between CS and SMA successfully constructed the stable and compact LNF separation layer on the outer surface of the hollow fiber membrane.Meanwhile,the hydrophilicity of the membrane was significantly increased due to the large amount of hydroxyl groups(-OH)carried by the CS molecular chain.When the mass fraction of CS was 3%,the membrane showed high rejection of amaranth red(99.8%)while maintaining a high flux[65.8 L/(m^(2)·h)].In addition,the membrane exhibited excellent dye retention performance and long-term stability.
