摘 要:站城协同,指铁路客站与城市日常运行相互融合、联动发展的过程,包括机动交通和骑行步行在内的运动系统是其重要内容。欧洲铁路车站作为铁路建设先驱,在绿色出行趋势下,不断实践慢行优先、公交优先等高效可持续的站城协同模式。通过实地调研欧洲铁路站区的运动模式组织,总结其步行、自行车、公共交通、私家车及出租车等系统在绿色出行趋势下的协同策略。步行系统以立体交通高效组织;自行车和公共交通以高可达性和高路权分配提升服务;小汽车以压缩路权、限制停车降低使用强度,推行差别化交通管理。并希望以此作为中国“站城协同”探索和实践之参考。Station-city synergy refers to the process of integration and joint development of the rail transportation movement system and urban life.As a pioneer in rail construction,European rail stations have been practicing efficient and sustainable station-city synergy modes,such as slow-moving priority and public transport priority under the trend of green travel.Therefore,through field investigation on the organization of travel modes in European Railway station areas,this paper summarizes the synergy strategy of walking systems,public transport and bicycle systems,private cars and cab systems under the green travel trend.The walking system is organized efficiently with three-dimensional traffic.The bicycle and public transportation are enhanced with high accessibility and high right-of-way allocation.In terms of the car,the right-of-way is compressed,the parking is restricted to reduce the intensity of car use,and differentiated traffic management is implemented.It is hoped that this paper will serve as a reference for the exploration and practice of“station-city synergy”in China.
