摘　　要：城市社区韧性是城市社区的防灾减灾能力,从社区自身多角度出发分析其防灾韧性能力需要确定其评价指标。通过对城市社区韧性减灾能力各要素的研究,用数学方法进行定量分析,从定性角度出发把城市社区韧性指标分为社区结构韧性、社区制度韧性、社区经济韧性、社区生态韧性和社区设施韧性五个层面,为城市社区防灾减灾建设工作评估指标提供参考。The resilience of urban community is a kind of disaster prevention and reduction ability of urban community itself.It is necessary to determine its evaluation index to analyze its disaster prevention resilience ability from multiple perspectives of the community itself.Based on the study of various elements of urban community resilience and disaster reduction capacity,quantitative analysis is conducted with mathematical methods.From a qualitative point of view,the urban community resilience indexes are divided into five levels:community structure resilience,community institutional resilience,community economic resilience,community ecological resilience and community facility resilience.It provides a reference for the evaluation indexes of disaster prevention and mitigation in urban communities.
