摘 要:以弹性建筑乳液和聚丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜物质,以空心玻璃微珠和SiO_(2)气凝胶为功能性填料,按合成树脂乳液涂料配制原理制备了厚质建筑绝热涂料。研究了在添加SiO_(2)气凝胶时,相应调整和不调整成膜物质添加量两种情况下,不同SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量对涂层导热系数、干密度和拉伸强度的影响,并分析了造成这些影响的可能原因。结果表明,在不调整成膜物质添加量的情况下,随着SiO_(2)气凝胶添加量的增加,涂层的导热系数、干密度和拉伸强度都逐渐降低;在调整成膜物质添加量以使涂层的拉伸强度保持和基础涂料相当水平的情况下,SiO_(2)气凝胶的添加对降低涂层导热系数的效果显著降低,且涂层的干缩率较高。The architectural thermal insulation coating for thick coatingl ayer was successfully prepared according to the principle of the synthesis of the resin emulsion.The lfmi forming material of the coating was the elastic bindi ng emulsion and poly-acrylate resin.The functional filler was hollow glass bead and SiO_(2) aerogel.This paper studied the influence of the amount of Si2O aerogel on thermal conductivity,dry density and tensile strength with and withou t adjustment of film forming material.And the possible reasons for effects were analyzed.The result showed that when the amount of the film forming material was unchanged,the thermal conductivity,dry density and tensile strength decreased with the increasement of the amount of Si2O aerogel.When the amount of the film forming material wa s various to keep the tensile strength equal to the reference ctoiangs,the thermal conductivity decreased significantly with the addition of SiO_(2) aerogel.And meanwhile the shrinkage of the coating layer was very high.
