摘　　要：政治风险是“容易诱发政治问题特别是重大突发事件的敏感因素、苗头性倾向性问题”,具有客观性和潜隐性、发展性和传导性、交织性和复杂性的基本特征。政治风险表现在诸多方面,关系到党的长期执政和国家长治久安,是党必须面对和解决好的重大问题。新时代,在实现社会治理现代化的过程中,作为社会治理的重要成员,领导干部提升防范政治风险能力刻不容缓,需要从强意识、固理论、知方法、守伦理、敢斗争、抓落实六个方面重点发力,久久为功、落地见效。Political risk is a sensitive factor and tendency that can easily induce political problems,especially major emergencies,and has the basic characteristics of objectivity,latency,development,conductivity,interweaving and complexity.Political risk is manifested in many aspects and fields,which are related to the Party’s long-term governance and the country’s long-term stability.It is a major issue that the Party must face and solve.In the process of realizing the modernization of social governance in the new era,as important members of social governance,it is urgent for leading cadres to improve the ability to prevent political risks,including raising awareness,developing theories,mastering methods,holding ethics,daring to struggle and seeking for implementation.Only by continuous efforts can actual effects be achieved.
