基于LAC理论的跨界景区旅游容量管理研究——以江西武功山为例

摘　　要：随着国内周边游及短途游的兴起,近年来跨界景区间旅游发展从竞争向竞合转变,然而景区间旅游发展的不平衡使其难以实现旅游综合容量的最大化。课题组基于LAC理论,结合跨界景区地域非系统性和发展非均衡性的特征,以跨界景区典型案例地——江西省武功山作为研究对象,在以LAC理论技术路线为参考的基础上创建相应的跨界景区旅游容量管理框架。在避免资源质量下降和确保游客旅游体验质量的情况下,结合景区大数据管理及公众参与机制,通过对各景区游憩机会的甄别,基于跨界景区旅游容量管理框架对武功山提出相应的跨界景区旅游容量管理措施,以期实现武功山三大景区资源的永续利用以及旅游的协同发展。With the rise of domestic peripheral tourism and short distance tourism,the development of cross-border tourism between scenic spots has shifted from competition to co-opetition in recent years.However,the imbalance in tourism development between scenic spots makes it difficult to maximize the comprehensive tourism capacity.Based on LAC theory and combined with the characteristics of regional non-systematicity and unbalanced development of cross-border scenic spots,the research team took the typical case of cross-border scenic spots—Wugong Mountain in Jiangxi Province as the research object,and designed a corresponding tourism capacity management framework for cross-border scenic spots based on LAC theory technical route.Under the premise of avoiding the degradation of resource quality and ensuring the quality of tourist experience,combined with the scenic spot big data management and public participation mechanism,by the screening of recreational opportunities in various scenic spots,corresponding cross-border scenic spot tourism capacity management measures are proposed for Wugong Mountain,based on the cross-border scenic spot tourism capacity management framework,with a view to achieving the sustainable utilization of resources and the coordinated development of tourism in the three major scenic spots of Wugong Mountain.
