摘　　要：新增硕士学位授予立项建设高校推动重点学科高质量发展有重要现实意义;新增硕士学位授予立项建设高校推动重点学科高质量发展面临着现实困境;政府、产业、高校自身、人才和资源等是新增硕士学位授予立项建设高校重点学科高质量发展的动力构成;优化学科布局、加强内涵建设、外引内育人才、完善体制机制、持续推进校地和校企合作等是新增硕士学位授予立项建设高校重点学科高质量发展的实现路径。The newly approved master’s degree program in established universities has great practical significance to promote the high-quality development of key disciplines in universities,which also faces realistic difficulties.The dynamic composition of the newly approved master’s degree program to promote high-quality development of key disciplines in universities include the driving forces of government,industry,universities themselves,talents,resources,etc.Optimizing discipline layout,strengthening connotation construction,attracting and nurturing talents from outside,improving institutional mechanisms,and continuously promoting cooperation between universities and enterprises are the implementation paths for the establishment of newly approved master’s degree program and the high-quality development of key disciplines in universities.
