摘　　要：测绘测量技术在房屋项目中极其关键,通过精准测绘测量能够为后续施工予以参考,确保房屋施工如期开展。对于不同类型的房屋项目需要应用不同技术,这就需要相关人员进一步了解各种测绘测量技术,基于此,本文在指明房屋测绘测量的重要性后,提出几种测绘测量技术类型,以及房屋测绘测量技术的实践,以供参考。Surveying and mapping technology is extremely critical in the housing project,the accurate surveying and mapping can provide reference for the subsequent construction and ensure that the housing construction is carried out on schedule.For different types of housing projects,different technologies should be applied,which requires relevant personnel to further understand a variety of surveying and mapping technology.Based on this condition,this paper indicates the importance of housing surveying and mapping,put forward several types of surveying and mapping technology,as well as the practice of housing surveying and mapping technology,for reference.
