摘　　要：低收入人口动态监测是贯彻党的二十大精神和落实党中央、国务院巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接、健全分层分类社会救助体系、保障困难群众基本生活系列重大决策部署的重要举措。通过信息化技术实现低收入人口信息汇聚、协同比对、主动发现、快速预警,是辅助线下调查核实、及时干预、精准救助、综合帮扶的有力手段。文章从分析低收入人口动态监测信息化发展现状、存在特点和问题着手,探讨加快信息化发展的对策和思路。The dynamic monitoring of low-income population is an important measure to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and fulfil a series of major decision deployments by theCPCCentral Committee and the State Counciltoconsolidate and expand the effective connection between the achievements in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,improve the hierarchical and categorical social assistance system,and ensure the basic livelihood of the people in poverty and difficulty.Information technology can realize the information aggregation,collaborative comparison,active discovery,and rapid early warning of low-income population,and is a powerful means to assist offline investigation and verification,timely intervention,precise assistance,and comprehensive aid.This paper analyzes the status,existing characteristics and problems of the development of informatization in the dynamic monitoring of low-income population,and discusses the countermeasures and ideas for accelerating the development of informatization.
