摘  要:在钢结构生产过程中出现横向裂纹会对产品的安全带来巨大的危害。在焊接过程中,端板与翼板焊接接头处出现横向裂纹,原因是空气中的水分、焊丝和母材中的杂质元素诱发了氢致裂纹;拘束度高的厚板焊接造成了应力集中,使其对裂纹更敏感;还有在焊接过程中选取的焊接参数过大,层间温度未控制在范围内也会对裂纹的形成有所影响。基于以上几点,本文在焊接返修过程中提出了一系列工艺改进措施,解决了裂纹的产生,保证了焊接质量。Transverse crack in the steel structure production process will produce great harm to the safety of the product.In the welding process,transverse cracks occur at the welded joint between the end plate and the flange plate.The reason is due to the moisture in the air,welding wire and impurity elements in the parent metal cause the hydrogen induced cracks.Welding of thick plates with a high degree of constraint can cause stress concentration,so that it is more sensitive to the crack.Too high welding parameter selected and interpass temperature out of control will have effects on the formation of a crack.Based on the above reasons,this paper put forward a series of measures to improve the process in the welding repair process,so as to solve the crack formation and ensure the welding quality.
