摘　　要：本文主要针对ECP粉体掉粉现象进行实验,找出掉粉原因,并根据实验结果及分析,制定出优化涂料的改性剂添加比例以及改善其工艺配方等措施,最终ECP粉体弯角掉粉现象得以顺利解决。希望本文为有关从业人员提供帮助。This paper mainly conducts experiments on the powder loss phenomenon of ECP powder,finds out the cause of powder loss,and formulates measures such as optimizing the modifier addition ratio of coating and improving its process formula according to the experimental results and analysis,and finally successfully solves the phenomenon of powder loss at the corner of ECP powder.This paper is hoped to provide assistance for the practitioners involved.
