摘　　要：医院在信息化要求不断提升的同时,也面临着专业化和精细化的挑战。一个大型的三级医院,涉及的应用系统有数百个之多,需要对PC、平板、PDA、不同类型的服务器、存储设备和网络设备等硬件设备进行运维,需要与数十家不同的供应商合作,因此需求的管理尤为重要。While the demands of informatization are constantly improving,hospitals are also facing the challenges of specialization and refinement.A large tertiary hospital involves hundreds of application systems,which need to operate and maintain hardware devices such as PC,tablet PC,PDA,different types of servers,storage devices,and network devices,and need to cooperate with dozens of different suppliers,so demand management is particularly important.
