摘 要:近年来,为了应对手机、电脑等电子行业内部激烈的产品价格战,各路企业纷纷转变观念,把用户的需求放在首位,规范售后服务流程,创新、完善服务体系,努力提高售后技术服务质量,以此作为企业的核心市场竞争力和应对竞争的重要手段,以期赢取顾客信任和市场认可。基于此,本文从国内电子产品售后服务现存问题切入,探讨优化售后技术服务工作的相关策略,旨在促进和推动行业的健康、可持续发展,并且最大限度地保障用户权益。In recent years,in order to cope with the fierce product price war in the electronic industries containing mobile phone and computer,various enterprises change their concepts,give the top priority to the needs of users,standardize the after-sales service process,innovate and improve the service system,and strive to improve the quality of after-sales technical services,which are taken as the core market competitiveness of enterprises and an important means to cope with competition,so as to win customer trust and market recognition.Based on this condition,this paper starts from the existing problems of after-sales service of electronic products in China,discusses the relevant strategies for optimizing after-sales technical service work,aiming to promote and facilitate the healthy and sustainable development of the industry,and protect the rights and interests of users to the greatest extent.
