摘  要:为了研究不同气流组织、运行风量等情况下空调式厂房中各个粒径颗粒的空间分布,在高大空间厂房中,选择0.5,1.0,2.5,5.0μm等典型粒径的油雾颗粒作为研究对象,对比分析不同粒径的油雾颗粒在“下送上排”、“喷嘴下回”、“喷嘴上排”3种气流组织下的垂直浓度分布结构,并分析了不同运行风量对油雾浓度分布的影响。使用平均通风效率指标比较了各类空调工况下油雾颗粒的排污有效性差异。结果表明:3种气流组织中,“喷嘴上排”在5.0μm以下的各个粒径段的排风效率最高,这种气流组织下风量减小时,空间区域各个部分颗粒浓度均有增加,但中间偏上的部分颗粒浓度增加更明显。研究结果可为以油雾颗粒浓度控制为目标的工业厂房空调系统气流组织设计提供参考。In order to study the spatial distribution of particles with various particle sizes in air-conditioned factory buildings under different air distribution,operating air volume,etc.,oil mist particles with typical sizes such as 0.5,1.0,2.5,5.0μm were selected as the research objects,the vertical concentration distribution structures of the oil mist particles with different particle sizes under three air distributions was compared and analyzed:“Bottom air supply,top exhaust”,“nozzle air supply,top exhaust”and“nozzle air supply,bottom exhaust”.And the influence of supply air volumes on the oil particles concentration distribution were also analyzed.The average ventilation efficiency index was used to compare the difference in pollution discharge effectiveness of oil mist particles under various air conditioning conditions.The results show that the“nozzle air supply,top exhaust”has the highest exhaust efficiency of each particle size section below 5.0μm.With the decrease of the supply air volume of this airflow pattern,the particle concentration in each part of the space area increases,particularly the concentration increase in the upper middle part of the space is more obvious.The research results can provide a reference for the airflow pattern design of the air conditioning system in industrial plants aimed at controlling the concentration of oil mist particles.
