摘 要:为了提升深部硬岩地层钻井的钻速,研制了一种涡轮驱动式脉冲射流振动工具,采用室内试验和现场实验相结合的方法,对盘阀-脉冲射流特性规律、振动载荷以及现场使用情况等进行了研究,确定了盘阀孔数、盘阀孔结构等工具结构参数。研究结果表明,转子转速与排量呈正相关增长趋势,并在600 r/min时,脉冲频率趋于稳定,且盘阀孔数为3,4,5脉冲发生机构,对应稳定后的脉冲频率为30,40,50 Hz左右;工具压耗和脉动幅值与排量呈正相关趋势,当排量为90 m^(3)/h时,工具所产生的压耗最大为0.62 MPa,最小为0.30 MPa;随盘阀孔数的增加,压耗逐渐增大,振动幅值减小,脉冲频率增大。试制了3孔盘阀式涡轮脉冲振动工具,盘阀孔采用58°圆心角扇形结构设计,其在新蓬321井现场应用试验中应用效果良好,平均机械钻速为15.29 m/h,较邻井钻速提高45.4%。研究结果可为涡轮驱动式脉冲射流振动工具的应用与推广奠定理论基础。In order to improve the drilling speed of drilling in deep hard rock formations,a turbine-driven pulse jet vibration tool was developed,and the method of combining indoor test and field experiment was used to study the characteristics of disc valve-pulse jet,vibration load and field use,and the structural parameters of the tool such as the number of disc valve holes and the structure of disc valve hole were determined.The results show that the rotor speed increases in a positive correlation with displacement,and the pulse frequency gradually stabilizes at 600 r/min,and the pulse generation mechanisms with the number of disc valve holes of 3,4 and 5 correspond to the stabilized pulse frequency of about 30,40 and 50 Hz,respectively.Tool pressure consumption and pulsation amplitude show a positive correlation with the displacement,when the displacement is 90 m^(3)/h,the maximum pressure consumption generated by the tool is 0.62 MPa,the minimum is 0.30 MPa;with the increase of the number of disc valve holes,the pressure consumption gradually increases,the vibration amplitude decreases,and the pulse frequency increases.The 3-hole disc valve turbine pulse vibration tool was trial-produced,and the disc valve hole adopts the design of 58°circular angle sector structure,which has good application effect in the field application test of Xin Peng 321 well,and the average mechanical drilling speed is 15.29 m/h,which is 45.4%higher than that of adjacent wells.The research results can lay a theoretical foundation for the application and promotion of turbine-driven pulsed jet vibration tools.
