摘 要:为了揭示单齿转子式压缩机的特殊混合过程,分析了单齿转子式压缩机的全工作循环及气体热力特性变化,研究并建立其几何模型和热力学模型,分析了余隙容积、过压缩、膨胀以及混合过程对单齿转子式压缩机的功耗和效率的影响。结果表明:混合过程影响气体增压的热力过程,增加单齿转子式压缩机的功耗,从而导致单齿转子式压缩机效率下降。通过改变余隙容积,改善混合过程,可以节省4.4%的指示功。研究内容揭示了单齿转子式压缩机的混合过程对其工作热力过程的影响,对单齿转子式压缩机的设计具有指导价值。In order to reveal the special mixing process of the single-tooth rotor compressor,the whole working cycle of the singletooth rotor compressor as well as thermal characteristics of gas was analyzed.In addition,a geometric model and thermodynamics model of the single-tooth rotor compressor were studied and established.Effects of the clearance volume,over-compression,expansion process and mixing process on the power consumption and efficiency of the single-tooth rotor compressor were analyzed.The results indicate that the mixing process affects the pressurization process of the gas,increases the power consumption of the single-tooth rotor compressor,and causes the efficiency reduction of the single-tooth rotor compressor.By changing the clearance volume and improving the mixing process,4.4%of indicated input can be saved.The research content reveals the influence of the mixing process on the thermodynamic process of the single-tooth rotor compressor,which has a guiding value for the design of the single-tooth rotor compressor.
