摘  要:为了实现安全阀气体泄漏的定量测量,提出了一种安全阀阀瓣和阀座密封面处气体泄漏的在线监测方法,通过在安全阀反冲盘上加工一圈特殊设计的斜切短圆管结构可以在气体泄漏时激发出波谷为25 kHz、波峰为32 kHz的特征超声频谱。分析了泄漏量与声波声压级之间的影射关系,基于32±5 kHz的总声压级与气体泄漏流量的关联关系,可实现泄漏量的定量测量。结果表明,该方法的检测灵敏度和精度均高于目前商用的声发射法,空气泄漏检测下限在1.0 L/min,泄漏量标准偏差为0.886 L/min,均低于目前商用声发射技术的检测下限(2.5 L/min)和标准偏差(1.17 L/min)。本文提出的方法具有成本低、精度高、灵敏度高的优点,且反冲盘上加工发声结构对安全阀的动作性能影响可以忽略,在安全阀气体泄漏在线监测方面具有重要的工业应用价值。In order to realize the quantitative measurement of gas leakage in safety valve,an innovative method for detecting gas leakage of safety valve at the interface between disc and seat was proposed.The characteristic ultrasonic spectrum with a valley at the frequency of 25 kHz and a peak at the frequency of 32 kHz was generated during gas leakage by processing a circle of specially designed cavity-shaped whistles on the disc holder of the safety valve.The mapping relationship between the gas leakage flow and sound pressure level was analyzed,and based on correlation between the overall sound pressure level of 32±5 kHz and gas leakage flow,quantitative measurement of gas leakage can be realized.The results show that the sensitivity and accuracy of the proposed method are higher than the commercial acoustic emission method.The leakage detection threshold and the rootmean square deviation of the proposed method are 1.0 L/min and 0.886 L/min,respectively,both of which are below the detection threshold of 2.5 L/min and standard deviation of 1.17 L/min for the commercial acoustic emission method.The method proposed herein has the advantages of low cost,good precision and high sensitivity,and the influence of the processing cavity-shaped whistle structure on the disc holder on the action performance of the safety valve can be ignored.Therefore,it has important industrial application value in the on-line monitoring of gas leakage of the safety valve.
