摘 要:【目的】对比两种源湿地松(Pinus elliottii)苗期生长特性的异同,探究调控苗木生长的生理生态性状。【方法】以美国和广东两种源湿地松1年生容器苗为研究对象,采用随机区组抽样,测定5个苗木生长指标、8个针叶生理性状和8个根叶生态性状,进行两种源差异t检验分析、不同指标和性状的相关性分析。【结果】广东种源苗高、地径和单株地上生物量均显著高于美国种源(P<0.05);广东种源针叶叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于美国种源(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶活性和丙二醛活性正好相反;广东种源针叶面积和针叶重分别较美国种源高22.9%、52.6%,但总根长低于美国种源。相关性分析表明,两种源湿地松苗木生长性状、生理性状和生态性状之间存在不同的内在相关性。主要区别在于,美国种源苗高与地径、地径与地上生物量、地径与整株生物量、地上生物量和地下生物量、叶绿素含量与可溶性蛋白含量、高径比与针叶面积、高径比与根总表面积等均呈显著正相关;而广东种源上述指标均无显著相关性,但相比于美国种源苗木其叶绿素含量与过氧化物酶活性显著正相关(0.70)。相关性分析还表明,湿地松苗木生长性状与针叶生理性状、根叶生态性状间相关性均有所不同。如相比于其他根叶生态性状,苗高、地径、地上生物量、整株生物量与针叶面积的相关性最强,相关系数分别为0.93、0.61、0.94、0.87;而根系生物量与根冠比的相关性最强,相关系数为0.88。【结论】两种源生长、生理生态特征上有显著差异,其调控途径也有不同。初步得出广东种源湿地松生长快,生长特性与根叶生理生态性状更加协同,具有较好的培育前景,可作为江西优先推荐的造林种源。[Objective]This study aims to explore the differences and similarities of growth characteristics of Pinus elliottii seedlings from two different provenances,as well as determine and discuss the physiological traits and ecological traits which regulates seedling growth[.Methods]Taking the annual container seedlings of P.elliottii from the United States provenance and Guangdong provenance as the research objects,five seedling growth indexes(seedling height,ground diameter,aboveground biomass,root biomass,total biomass),eight needleleaf physiological characters(chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,peroxidase activity,superoxide dismutase activity,catalase activity,malonaldehyde content)and eight root and needleleaf ecological characters(height-diameter ratio,root-shoot ratio,needleleaf area,needleleaf weight,root length,root surf-area,root avg-diameter,root volume)were determined by random block sampling,the difference t test analysis and the correlation analysis of different indexes and characteristics between the two provenances were conducted.[Results]Among the growth indicators,the seedling height,ground diameter and aboveground biomass of Guangdong provenance seedlings were significantly higher than those of American provenance seedlings(P<0.05).Among the physiological characteristics of needleleaves,chlorophyll content,peroxidase activity and superoxide dismutase activity of needleleaves from Guangdong provenance seedlings were also significantly higher than those of American provenance seedlings,while catalase activity and malondialdehyde activity were opposite(P<0.05).In terms of the ecological traits of roots and needleleaves,the area and weight of Guangdong provenance were 22.9%and 52.6%higher than those of American provenance seedlings respectively,the root length was lower than that of American provenance seedlings.Correlation analysis showed that there were different intrinsic correlations between the growth traits,physiological traits and ecological traits o
