摘 要:【目的】以南方红豆杉(Taxus wallichiana var.mairei)为研究对象,分析南方红豆杉假种皮的滞后发育现象,揭示南方红豆杉假种皮生长和色泽的变化规律,为其开发利用奠定基础。【方法】本研究采用多项式方程对南方红豆杉假种皮的长度、宽度、厚度、明度(L*)、红绿值(a*)、黄蓝值(b*)、色泽比(h)、色相角(h*)和彩度(C*)等指标进行了测定,拟合了假种皮生长发育各指标的生长动态曲线,建立了南方红豆杉假种皮的生长模型,并分析了各指标间的相关性。【结果】(1)南方红豆杉假种皮的发育明显滞后于种子的发育,属于典型的滞后发育式样,呈现“缓慢-快速-缓慢”的增长规律。(2)假种皮生长变化表现出相对的一致性,呈双“S”形曲线,具2个明显的高峰,其积累生长量始终保持长>宽>厚的生长特点。(3)生长指标在9月中旬、11月上旬和中旬增量速度快,长在11月中旬左右达到净生长量最高峰,宽和厚在9月中旬和11月中旬达到净生长量高峰,而色泽随生长发育呈现明显的由绿变红,由暗变亮,颜色越来越鲜艳。(4)南方红豆杉假种皮的生长发育与时间之间存在明显的多项式回归关系,生长模型符合三项式方程,各拟合方程均较好地预测了南方红豆杉假种皮的生长发育动态;(5)相关性分析显示,除b*与h*之间无显著相关性外,其它两两之间的相关性均达到极显著正相关(P<0.01),各项指标间的相关程度均较高。【结论】南方红豆杉假种皮的发育严重滞后于种子的发育,其生长规律和模型为其假种皮的开发与利用、球果的采收与管理具有参考价值和指导意义。[Objective]Using the cone aril of Taxus wallichiana var.mairei as the research object,this study aims to reveal its developmental pattern,growth and color change,and analyze the hysteresis phenomenon of the cone aril,thus laying a foundation for its utilization.[Method]By using the method of polynomial equation,nine indexes of cone aril,including length,width,thickness,brightness(L*),red-green value(a*),yellow-blue value(b*),the value of a*/b*(h),hue angle(h*)and chroma(C*),have been measured,their dynamic development curve and correlation have been analyzed,and the mathematical model of its growth has been established.[Result](1)The development of cone aril lagged behind obviously than that of cone seed,which belonged to the typical hysteresis of showing the“slow-rapid-slow”growth;(2)All growth indexes were relatively consistent,showing a double“S”curve with two obvious peaks,and the accumulated growth always maintained the growth pattern of length>width>thickness.(3)The growth index increased rapidly in mid-September,early and mid-November,the length reached the peak of net growth around mid-November,and the width and thickness reached the peak of net growth in mid-September and mid-November.The color of cone aril obviously changed from green to red,from dark to light,and became more colorful.(4)There was an obvious polynomial regression relationship between the growth and development of cone aril in Taxus wallichiana var.mairei.The growth model conformed with the trinomial equation,and each fitting equation can predict the growth and development dynamics of the cone aril.(5)Correlation analysis showed that:the correlation between the two groups(except b*and h*)was significantly positive(P<0.01),and most of the indexes(except b*and h*)of cone aril were closely interrelated.[Conclusion]The development of the cone aril lags behind that of the cone seed in Taxus wallichiana var.mairei.Its growth law and model have reference value and guiding significance for the development and utilization of the cone aril
