摘  要:针对某型半实物仿真系统大带宽、高动态的技术需求,研制了一种覆盖整个W波段的单平衡混频器。混频器基于波导-石英混合电路以及分立肖特基二极管设计,射频信号经减高波导同相激励两个肖特基结,以减少无源电路的额外损耗。本振信号通过波导E面探针输入,以准TEM模反相激励肖特基结。测试结果表明,所设计混频器在13dBm本振功率激励下,可在75~110GHz范围内实现6~8dB的单边带变频损耗,中频带宽为DC~35GHz。该混频器与国内外同类高性能产品技术性能相当,已成功应用于W波段半实物仿真系统中。A single balanced mixer covering full W-band was designed for a hardware in the loop(HIL)simulation system to achieve large bandwidth and dynamic range.The mixer was designed with waveguide-quartz hybrid circuit and a discrete Schottky diode.Two Schottky junctions were excited in-phase with the radio frequency(RF)signal through height-reduced waveguide,so the additional loss of passive circuits can be reduced.With E-plane probe,the local oscillator(LO)signal was coupled with quasi-TEM mode,thus the two Schottky junctions were driven out of phase.The measured single sideband(SSB)loss is 6~8dB over the 75~110GHz range with 13dBm LO power,and the intermediate frequency(IF)bandwidth is DC~35GHz.The mixer has comparable technical performance with similar high-performance products at home and abroad,and has been successfully applied in the W-band HIL simulation systems.
