中医外治疗法治疗慢性肾脏病研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)“三低”的发病特点与病变的渐进性使其极易发展为终末期肾病,给患者的工作和生活带来许多负面影响。目前临床治疗CKD多采用结肠透析、中药灌肠、药浴、穴位贴敷等中医外治疗法,其在减缓CKD进展、毒副反应小、患者接受度高等方面凸显出一定优势,本文就结肠透析、中药灌肠、药浴、穴位贴敷等中医外治疗法治疗CKD进展进行综述。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is prone to develop into end-stage renal disease due to the characteristics of the“three lows”and the progressive nature of the disease,which brings many negative impacts on the works and life of patients.At present,the clinical treatment of CKD includes colon dialysis,traditional Chinese medicine enema,medicated bath,acupoint sticking and other external traditional Chinese medicine treatments,which have certain advantages in slowing down the progression of CKD,less toxic and side effects,and high patient acceptance.The progress of the treatment of CKD with colon dialysis,traditional Chinese medicine enema,medicated bath,and acupoint sticking is reviewed as follows.
