基于Web服务的高校人事档案信息分类管理系统研究

摘　　要：为提升人事档案信息分类结果的关联度,促进系统管理性能提升,设计基于Web服务的高校人事档案信息分类系统。首先,构建人事档案信息分类管理系统框架,根据系统运行需要进行硬件选型;其次,根据关联规则对高校人事档案信息进行分类,并构建数据库;最后,利用Web服务,实现各分类档案信息管理与系统维护。实验结果表明,新的管理系统可以实现对信息的高精度分类,分类结果关联度显著提升,可以为高校人事管理提供保障。In order to improve the relevance of the results of personnel file information classification and promote the system management performance,a university personnel file information classification system based on Web services is designed.Firstly,build the framework of personnel file information classification management system,and select the hardware according to the system operation needs.Secondly,according to the association rules,the university personnel file information is classified and the database is constructed.Finally,the information management and system maintenance of classified archives are realized by using Web services.The experimental results show that the new management system can achieve high-precision classification of information,and the relevance of classification results is significantly improved,which can provide security for university personnel management.
