摘　　要：针对现有产品3C认证数据集成系统平均时延过大问题,提出了基于Web的汽车企业产品3C认证数据集成系统的设计与分析。根据该系统的实际测定需求和标准,构建数据集成转换器,并搭接导向数据集成主控电路,完成系统硬件的设计;建立数据智能化多阶Web集成通道,接入Web数据集成存储库,完成系统软件的设计。系统测试表明,经过4个阶段的测试,最终将集成平均时延结果较好地控制在150ms以下,该集成系统对于认证数据的集成处理效果更佳,扩大了集成范围,说明误差可控,具有实际的应用价值。Aiming at the problem that the average delay of the existing 3C certification data integration system is too large,a Web-based 3C certification data integration system for automobile enterprises is proposed.According to the actual measurement requirements and standards of the system,the data integration converter is constructed.The data integration master control circuit is spliced and guided to complete the design of the system hardware.Establish a data intelligent multilevel Web integration channel,access the Web data integration repository,and complete the system software design.The system test shows that,after four stages of testing,the average integration delay is controlled below 150 ms,indicating that the integration system has better integration processing effect for authentication data,the integration range has been expanded,the error is controllable,and has practical application value.
