摘　　要：文章基于工业互联网技术,以工业现场的一套过程控制系统为基础进行数字化升级改造,将其原有设备和功能进行扩展,添加了边缘计算设备和服务器,实现数据采集传输至云端和现场设备监控。同时,该系统实现了不同通信协议设备间的互联,为打造数字化工厂、推进智能制造的应用落地提供了理论依据和示范经验。Based on industrial Internet technology,the article digitally upgrades a set of process control systems at an industrial site,extends its original equipment and functions,adds edge computing devices and servers,and realizes data collection and transmission to the cloud and on-site equipment monitoring.At the same time,the system realizes the interconnection between devices with different communication protocols,providing a theoretical basis and demonstration experience for building a digital factory and promoting the application of smart manufacturing.
