摘　　要：文章以乙醇为溶剂用超声法提取艾叶、桉叶及菊花的有效成分,并用其提取液进行抑菌性实验;同时,文章还对比了3种常见植物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用,对其抑菌效果的差异进行分析。结果表明,3种天然提取物对于各菌种抑菌效果最好的是金黄色葡萄球菌,功效为桉叶>艾叶>菊花,可以根据实验结果将桉叶作为天然抑菌添加剂应用于不同领域。In this paper,the active components of mugwort leaves,eucalyptus leaves and chrysanthemum were extracted by ultrasonic method with ethanol as solvent,and the antibacterial activity of the extracts was tested.At the same time,the bacteriostatic effects of three common plants on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were compared,and the differences of their bacteriostatic effects were analyzed.The results showed that the three natural extracts had the best antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus of different species,and the relationship was eucalyptus>Artemisia Argus>chrysanthemum.Eucalyptus can be used as a natural antibacterial additive in different fields based on the results of this experiment.This can provide a new development idea for the comprehensive development and utilization of bacteriostatic traditional Chinese medicine and increase the added value of the product.
