摘　　要：新冠疫情给人们的生活和健康带来了极大的影响,因此,生物安全实验室的建设引起了社会的高度重视。由于实验室处理对象的危险程度不同,因此需要进行严格防护。在设计生物安全类实验室的通风空调系统时,需要对设备、气流、排风等进行科学规划,以减少和有效控制污染物的扩散和操作过程带来的危害,确保实验室的安全性。本文首先简要概述了生物安全类实验室的相关内容,然后对生物实验室的现状及问题进行了探讨。此外,还详细介绍了生物安全类实验室通风空调系统的备用设备,如排风机、送风机和高校过滤器等。从实验室内热湿参数的选择和实验室工作间的送风、换气次数两个方面,对生物安全实验室通风空调系统的节能设计进行研究分析,并对通风空调的压力和气流等进行了探讨,有助于科学地设计空调通风系统,并采取自动控制措施进一步加强生物实验室的安全性。The COVID-19 epidemic has brought serious impact to us,and the construction of the biosafety laboratory has attracted great attention from the society.The risk degree of the laboratory treatment object is not the same,so the strict protection is required.In the process of ventilation and air conditioning design,the biosafety laboratory should carry out scientific planning for the equipment,airflow and exhaust air,so as to reduce and effectively control the diffusion of pollutants and the harm in the operation process,and ensure the safety of the laboratory.This paper first gives a brief overview of the relevant content of biosafety laboratory,and discusses the current situation and existing problems of biological laboratory.In addition,the paper also describes the ventilation and air conditioning standby equipment of biosafety laboratory such as exhaust fan,forced draft fan and high-efficiency filter;The energy-saving design of the ventilation and air conditioning system in the biosafety laboratory is studied and analyzed from the selection of the heat and humidity parameters in the laboratory and the number of air supply and exchange in the laboratory workshop,and the pressure and airflow of the ventilation and air conditioning are studied,so as to scientifically design the air conditioning and ventilation system,and take automatic control measures to further strengthen the safety of the biological laboratory.
