摘　　要：随着消费者对旅程便捷度及舒适度要求的提高,旅客服务市场竞争日益加剧,高速铁路作为重要的出行方式,必须要加强管理的“精细化”和“科学化”,为了满足旅客的动态需求、提高乘务系统的管理效率,座位信息显示系统应运而生。详细论述了动车组信息显示系统的概念、组成,以及功能;同时就运营过程中的典型故障即信息显示器背光不亮问题,进行原理分析、故障排查以及整治方案明确,为类似问题的解决提供了案例。With the increasing demands of consumers for travel convenience and comfort,the competition in the passenger service market is increasingly intensifying.As an important travel mode,high-speed railways must strengthen the"refinement"and"scientificity"of management.In order to meet the needs of passengers and improve the management efficiency of the crew system,the seat information display system came into being.This paper discusses the concept,composition,and function of the EMU information display system in detail.At the same time,the principle analysis,troubleshooting,and rectification plan have been carried out on the typical fault during the operation process,that is,the backlight of the information display is not bright,providing a case for solving similar problems.
