摘  要:职业技能竞赛是职业教育人才培养的一个重要手段。目前,在职业教育领域正在推行“双高计划”和教师、教材、教法改革(简称“三教”改革)。在此背景下,应明确职业技能竞赛资源转化与推广的目标,探索实施路径,构建“五维度、四融合”人才培养模式,营造良好教育教学生态,推进“四位一体”。五维度即“课、岗、证、赛、创”,四融合即“课赛融合、岗赛融合、证赛融合、赛创融合”。这样做,旨在实现职业技能竞赛资源与课程教学资源、岗位技能要求、职业技能等级证书要求、专业创新能力培养的有机贯通、无缝衔接,打造以课程教学资源为核心,以职业技能竞赛资源为补充,以岗位技能要求为基准,以职业技能等级证书为评价依据,以提高专业创新能力为目标的课程教学生态模式,全面推进专业建设与“三教”改革,提升课程教学质量和学生的技术技能水平。In the context of“Double High Plan”and the reform of“Three Education”,vocational education reform face with a new era.The main contents and forms of vocational skill competition resources are analyzed,and the four goals of transformation and promotion of vocational skill competition resources are defined.Then implementation path of transformation and promotion of vocational skill competition resources is explored mainly that is ecological model composing of five dimensions and four kinds of integration.Namely five dimensions are course,operating post,certificate,competition and innovation,and four kinds of integration are integration of course and competition,integration of operating post and competition,integration of certificate and competition,and integration of competition and innovation.It aims to realize the organic connection and seamless connection between vocational skill competition resources and curriculum teaching resources,operating post skill requirements,vocational skill certificates and professional innovation ability so as to form a curriculum-teaching ecological model with curriculum teaching resources as the core,vocational skill competition resources as the supplement,operating post skill requirements as the benchmark,vocational skill certificates as the evaluation and professional innovation ability as the goal,and comprehensively to promote the professional construction and the reform of“Three Education”,and jointly improve the curriculum teaching quality and technical skill level.
