摘　　要：作为国民经济的重要组成部分以及新的增长点,海洋经济在拓展发展空间、增强动力转换以及保持经济持续稳定增长中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。当前及未来一段时期,研究技术创新对蓝色经济的驱动,促进经济发展方式转型,意义尤其重大。文章先对蓝色经济及其相关概念进行辨析,明确蓝色经济的内涵;然后,对相关技术创新驱动经济增长和相关技术创新驱动海洋经济发展的文献进行梳理;最后,从技术创新如何驱动蓝色经济,蓝色经济技术创新驱动的主导因子与限制因子,以及技术创新对蓝色经济驱动力及其效果的测算等方面提出未来理论发展的方向。As an important component of the national economy and a new growth point,the marine economy plays an indispensable and important role in expanding development space,enhancing force conversion,and maintaining sustained economic stability.Currently and in the future,it is of particular significance to study the driving force of the technological innovation on the blue economy as a way to promote the transformation of the economic development mode.First,this paper differentiates and analyzes the blue economy and its related concepts to clarify its connotation.Then,it sorts out the literature on how technological innovation has driven economic growth and marine economic development.Finally,it points out the direction of future theoretical development in terms of how technological innovation drives the blue economy as well as the dominant and restriction factors driving the technological innovation in the blue economy,and the driving force and the measurement for the effects of technological innovation on the blue economy.
