“外儒内霸”方略下的艺术生产与审美消费——论汉武帝的文艺改革及其合法性危机

摘　　要：汉武帝的治国理念,一言以蔽之即“外儒内霸”,武帝君臣的很多改革都是在儒家礼乐的包装下进行的。如在理政方针上,他们采用的是“以儒术缘饰文法吏事”;在文化生活上,他们采用的是“内多欲而外施(饰)仁义”;在诗乐革新上,他们假借郊祀之名,以掩盖情感娱乐宣泄之实;在辞赋创作上,他们通过“曲终奏雅”,为骋才驰藻的唯美好尚披上合法的外衣。基于以上事实,我们认为武帝君臣的文艺改革只是感性的觉醒,对于人的审美消费的合法性,他们并未在理论上获得真正的突破。对于武帝君臣开创的文艺新风,哀帝君臣所以敢公然否定,这与他们的改革举措缺乏直接理论支持有关。脱离这一点,不仅无法对武帝一朝的文艺改革进行准确定位,而且对两汉文艺的发展脉络也难以给出合理解释。The concept of governing the country of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty is“external Confucianism and internal hegemony”.Many reforms at that time were carried out under the packaging of Confucian rituals.the administrative policy was the legal rule camouflaged with Confucianism;the endless desires in cultural life were shielded by the benevolence and righteousness;in the innovation of poetry and music,they used the name of suburban sacrifice to cover up their entertainment and emotional relief;in the creation of Fu,they adopted the brilliant ending to cover the flowery language preference with a legal coat.Based on the above facts,we believe that the literary and artistic reform of Emperor Wu and his ministers is only a perceptual awakening.For the legitimacy of people’s aesthetic consumption,they have not made a real breakthrough in theory.For the new literary and artistic style created by Emperor Wu,Emperor Ai dared to openly deny it,which was obviously closely related to their lack of direct theoretical support for their reform measures.Without this,it is not only impossible to accurately locate the literary and artistic reform of Emperor Wu,but also difficult to give a reasonable explanation for the development of literature and art in the Han Dynasty.
