摘 要:湿膨胀性能是高尺寸稳定性结构材料的关键性能之一,湿膨胀系数(CME)是度量材料湿膨胀特性的主要指标。但目前针对复合材料的湿膨胀系数尚未形成标准的测量方法。文章针对氰酸酯基碳纤维复合材料的湿膨胀系数测量开展试验研究。首先,对比分析烘干后吸湿法和湿饱和后除湿法两种静态测量方法,结果表明湿饱和后除湿法的测试效率更高。随后,应用湿饱和后除湿法对M55J/氰酸酯和T700/氰酸酯两类碳纤维材料的典型铺层试验件开展湿膨胀系数的测量和分析。试验结果表明:同种材料单向层厚度更薄的试验件具有更低的CME;同种铺层角度和铺层厚度的多向层试验件中,M55J具有更低的CME;采用准各向同性铺层形式[0°/+45°/-45°/90°]_(S)的试验件较([0/+60/-60]_(S))_(2)的具有更低的CME。以上研究可为氰酸酯基碳纤维复合材料的湿膨胀特性研究和尺寸稳定性结构的湿变形分析提供参考。The moisture expansion performance is one of the key properties of structural materials with high dimensional stability.And the coefficient of moisture expansion(CME)is the main index to measure the moisture expansion properties of materials.However,no standard measurement method has been established for the CME of composites.In this paper,the CME of cyanate based carbon fiber composites was studied by experiments.Firstly,a comparative analysis was carried out by the two static measurement methods of moisture by absorption after drying and dehumidification after moisture saturation.The results show that the test efficiency of dehumidification after moisture saturation was higher.Subsequently,the CMEs of M55J/cyanate and T700/cyanate carbon fiber plies were measured and analyzed by the method of dehumidification after moisture saturation.The test results indicate that specimens with thinner unidirectional ply thickness of the same material have lower CMEs.M55J/cyanate has a lower CME than T700/cyanate among multi-directional ply specimens with the same ply-angle and ply-thickness.The test specimens using quasi isotropic ply[0°/+45°/-45°/90°]_(S) have lower CMEs compared to([0/+60/-60]_(S))_(2).The research above may provide a reference for the study of the CME properties of cyanate based carbon fiber composites and the analysis of the moisture release deformation of dimensional stability structures.
