摘  要:本实验以电沉积法和滴涂法制备还原氧化石墨/金纳米颗粒(rGO/AuNPs)电化学传感器用于BPA的痕量测定。首先以GO为原料,以维生素C为还原剂,一步法合成rGO。对合成材料进行扫描电镜、X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱和傅里叶红外变换光谱的表征。采用IT计时电流电位法将纳米金粒子沉积于玻碳电极(GCE)表面,然后将rGO滴涂于AuNPs修饰的玻碳电极表面,依次采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗谱法对制备的传感器进行表征。探讨了不同因素对实验结果的影响,在优化实验条件下,当BPA浓度在10~400μmol·L^(-1)时,其浓度与峰值电流具有很好的线性关系,检出限低至1.9×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)(S/N=3),样品的平均加标回收率在97.6%~102.4%之间。In this study,gold nanoparticles/reduced graphene oxide(rGO/AuNPs)electrochemical sensors were prepared by electrode position method and drip coating method for trace detection of BPA.Firstly,vitamin C used as reducing agent to synthesized rGO by one-step reduction method.The synthetic material is characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Uv/vis absorption spectra,and fourier infrared transform spectra.The IT timing current potential method was used to deposit the gold nanoparticles on the surface of the glass-carbon electrode(GCE),and then rGO was dripped on the surface of the AuNPs/GCE.The prepared sensors were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The influence of different factors on the experimental results was also discussed.Under the optimization experimental conditions,in the range of 10-400μmol·L^(-1),the BPA concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak current,the detection limit was 1.9×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)(S/N=3),and the average sample recapture was between 97.6%~102.4%.
