摘　　要：生物材料是一个发展十分迅速的领域,良好的生物相容性是生物材料必须满足的基本要求,生物相容性主要指材料的组织相容性和血液相容性。主要概述了生物医用材料的种类和提高生物相容性的方法,包括人工血管内皮细胞化技术、离子束改性技术、自组装单分子层膜技术和材料表面肝素化技术等。材料表面改性,不仅能改善其生物相容性,还能提高其有关物理性能。目前常用的生物相容性的评价方法包括四甲基偶氮唑盐微量酶反应比色法、细胞培养法、测血小板法等。提高生物医用材料的应用效果,并大力发展这一新高科技产业,将具有重要的民生和社会意义。As a rapidly developing field,biomaterials must meet the basic requirement of biocompatibility,which mainly refers to the histocompatibility and blood compatibility.This paper summarizes the types of biomedical materials and the main methods to improve biocompatibility of materials,including the artificial vascular endothelial cell technology,the ion beam modification technology,the self-assembly monolayer technology and the material surface heparinization technology.The surface modification of materials not only can improve the biocompatibility but also can promote their related physical properties.The commonly used evaluation methods of biocompatibility include microenzyme reaction colorimetric method of tetramethylazazole salt,cell culture method,and platelet measurement method.To enhance the application effect and vigorously develop the new hi-tech industry of biomedical materials will be of great significance to people’s livelihood and social progress.
