摘　　要：为了提高直升机研制工作开展质量以及效率,需要结合其实际研制过程,合理引入项目管理工作。通过数字化设计、数字量传递等一系列有效技术充分调动各类资源,全面提高设计工作开展水平。有效缩短直升机研制工作周期,提高直升机研制水平。考虑到直升机研制工作中项目管理应用所具有的重要意义,以项目管理发展概况为切入点对直升机研制项目管理的应用及创新进行了详细探讨,希望通过本文可以为相关工作提供参考。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of helicopter development work.It is necessary to combine its actual development process and reasonably introduce project management work.Through a series of effective technologies such as digital design and digital volume transfer,all kinds of resources are fully mobilized to improve the level of design work.Effectively shorten the development cycle and improve the level of helicopter development.Considering the importance of project management in helicopter development,the application and innovation of project management in helicopter development is discussed in detail,taking the development of project management as a starting point.It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for related work.
