摘  要:该撬装天然气制氢工艺采用天然气水蒸气重整-变压吸附提纯联合制氢法,改进变压吸附技术,通过两段工序,即PSA-1脱碳工序和PSA-2氢提纯工序,具有成本较低、耗能较少等优势,一方面,换热流程得到简化,实验时间被缩短;另一方面,通过利用实验产生的热量,减少能量消耗量,提高热能利用率。氢气收率提高约10%,天然气制氢单耗从0.49 Nm3降低至0.42 Nm3,每年可节约天然气消耗量千万标准立方米,获得更大经济效益。This skid-mounted natural gas hydrogen production process adopts the combined natural gas water vapour reforming-variable pressure adsorption(VPS)purification method to produce hydrogen,and improves the VPS technology by two processes:PSA-1 decarbonisation process and PSA-2 hydrogen purification process,which has the advantages of lower cost and less energy consumption,on the one hand,the heat exchange process is simplified and the experiment time is shortened,on the other hand,by using the heat generated from the experiment,the energy consumption and improved heat utilisation.The hydrogen yield is increased by about 10%and the unit consumption of natural gas for hydrogen production is reduced from 0.49 Nm3 to 0.42 Nm3,which saves ten million standard cubic metres of natural gas consumption per year and results in greater economic benefits.
