摘 要:当今社会生产生活中绝大部分电气设备都需要使用导线连接供电,电流经过导线不可避免地会有热效应,由此就埋下了火灾隐患。主要针对导线外绝缘层厚度对导线散热的影响,作出理论分析和仿真计算,旨在提出最佳绝缘层厚度,使得散热效率最高,绝缘层内表面温度最低,最大程度地避免因电流热效应使导线绝缘层过热而引发火灾。Most of the electrical equipment in today's society needs to be connected to the power supply using wires,the current passing through the wire will inevitably have a thermal effect,thus laying a fire hazard.Mainly for the wire outer insulation layer thickness on the impact of wire heat dissipation,to make theoretical analysis and simulation calculations,aimed at proposing the best insulation layer thickness,so that the highest heat dissipation efficiency,insulation layer inside the surface temperature of the lowest,to avoid the maximum extent possible due to the thermal effect of the wire insulation layer overheating and fire caused by the current.
