摘 要:在利用甲醇低压羰基化法进行醋酸产品的合成生产实践中,精馏环节的质量直接影响最终醋酸产品的质量。基于此,在对甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸的基本原理与重要环节进行简单说明的基础上,以醋酸粗产品中的副产物、杂质等落实全面性剔除处理为切入点,从丙酸脱除工艺、还原性物质脱除工艺、碘脱除工艺3个方面入手,阐述了甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸工艺优化策略,以期实现甲醇低压羰基合成醋酸产品质量的提升。In the production practice of acetic acid synthesis using methanol low-pressure carbonylation,the quality of the rectification process directly affects the quality of the final acetic acid product.Based on this,on the basis of a brief explanation of the basic principles and important links of methanol low-pressure carbonylation synthesis of acetic acid,the optimization strategy of methanol low-pressure carbonylation synthesis of acetic acid was elaborated from three aspects:propionic acid removal process,reducing substance removal process,and iodine removal process,with the implementation of comprehensive removal treatment of by-products and impurities in crude acetic acid products as the starting point,with a view to improving the quality of methanol low-pressure carbonylation synthesis acetic acid products.
