摘　　要：女性年龄是影响其生育能力的重要因素,冻卵术及其伦理学辩护具有重要意义。冻卵术应用可得到伦理学的辩护;医学理由与非医学理由冻卵没有道德意义上的区别;非医学理由冻卵的可能伤害包括对女性、孩子和社会的伤害;禁止单身女性冻卵得不到伦理学辩护并侵犯女性身体权,违反性别平等原则。Age is an important factor affecting females’fertility,so egg freezing and its ethical defense are of great significance.The application of egg freezing can be defended by ethics;There is no moral difference between freezing eggs for medical reasons and non-medical reasons;The possible harm of egg freezing for non-medical reasons includes harm to women,children and society;Banning single women from freezing eggs cannot be justified by ethics,and violates women’s body rights and the principle of gender equality.
